    Students’ Perspective Towards to Bologna Process and Employability (Case Study of Bulgaria)
    Summary: The problem of youth unemployment is a global issue. This article discuss in depth the youth unemployment problem. It analyses the characteristics, causes, and consequences of graduate unemployment and examines its relationship to the Bologna Process. A qualitative research has been done with focus group discussions of Bachelor and Master Degree students. The study explores the nature of the labour market for higher education graduates and the main obstacles that youth face on their journey from education to employment. The study aims to determine whether graduate unem¬ployment is a result of shortage of jobs, skills, or lack of coordination. It includes recommendations for involving the government, the managing bodies of higher education institutions as well as employers and career service offices in order to overcome youth unemployment.

    Summary: The article aims to analyze the effects of the pandemic related to COVID-19 on the process of digitalization of human resources in the management of infrastructure sites in the field of transport sector. It also discusses the dilemma between goal #8 of the UN SDG for high employment of the population and digitalization of the processes and human resource management. They will require using only highly qualified personnel and less human factor. Those processes can increase labour productivity and economic growth at the cost of negative effects on total demand, social inequality, and employment.

    INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL AND MARKET CAPITALIZATION OF PUBLIC COMPANIES

    Summary: Value creation is the main goal of economic agents operating in capital markets. The subject of research are the intangible fixed assets reflecting the intellectual capital of companies. The object of the article are some current issues regarding the assessment of the influence of intellectual capital on the stock market capitalization of public companies listed on BSE - Sofia. The research hypothesis to be tested is formulated as follows: The dynamics of accounting profit can be explained by changes in intellectual capital records, as evidenced by scientific research having its evolutionary development in theory and practice. The aim is to critically review the literature on intellectual capital, value creation and company performance, identifying positive examples from BSE-Sofia of the impact of changes in intellectual capital on the market capitalization of public companies.

    KEY ASPECTS OF BUILDING MANAGE¬MENT TEAMS FOR PROJECT ACTIVITIES

    Summary: The policy of constant innovations, organizational changes, globalization, and the mass introduction of communication and information technologies render project teams an indispensable practice for a lot of contempo¬rary companies. Teamwork is an essential feature of project activity, while project management encourages the establishment of teams. This is due to the fact that the benefits from applying modern methods and approaches to project management ultimately depends on the qualities and skills of both project team leaders and members. The up-to-date nature of the issues researched in this article stems from the growing significance of project activity in the business world and the awareness that organisations need to increasingly employ project teams so as to adapt to dynamic organizational changes. The objective of this article is to study the key aspects of building and managing project activity teams. In order to accomplish this objective, the following major tasks have been set: (1) to present the main groups of proc-esses involved in project management and to examine teamwork activity; (2) to identify the nature and features of project teams which distinguish them from other types of teams; (3) to study the individual stages through which project teams go in the process of their formation and to analyse the processes related to organising, managing and leading project team members; (4) to pre-sent and analyse project team management models according to the nature of the organizational structure of management.

    A methodology for a complex assessment of personnel competitiveness within a company
    Summary: In this scientific investigation a model is developed and applied for the comprehensive evaluation of the competitive power and competency of spe-cialists in a specific firm (enterprise, institution and so on). The different criteria used in this assessment and example contents of these criteria are noted. The evaluation is performed by utilizing 6 degrees. The indicators used in the study are assigned different values which depend on the importance of the results obtained from a specific specialist working in a specific area. The specialist’s competency is calculated using a complex assessment which simultaneously uses 138 indicators. There are possibilities for applying the methodology developed when evaluating the competitive power of products which are produced by compa-nies with different types of production and when evaluating this at both a re-gional and national level. The methodology can be computerized and can be applied by collecting the information, and the different criteria in these indi-cators constitutes the characteristics of the specialist, product, company, mu-nicipality, region and so on.

    Summary: Human capital is the foundation of modern knowledge for growth, employment and social development. In terms of modern polity, we observe spending of large public resources, providing for both formation of national human capital through the system of government-funded education and long-term preservation of its generated value through the system of health care and social assistance. Seen through the prism of social choice theory, economics and labour market, human capital development is logically defined as a task of paramount importance in any modern political doctrine of social development. The aim of the study is to systematize and critically examine the basic issues related to the process of human capital development in terms of economic growth and labour market
