Successful positioning of business organizations in modern economic conditions requires appropriate disclosure in the virtual space of key strategic documents, one of which is company values. In this regard, the aim of the article is to identify and assess the role of the values disclosed online by organizations from different sectors of the Bulgarian economy and to make recommendations for building a company value system in a dynamic, highly competitive and digitally dominated business environment. The tools used in the study include the determination of relative values, a comparative method and content analysis. The results of the study show that in most of the studied economic sectors, values, which in some cases are not accurately defined, do not take their rightful place as a basic strategic document in the system of the public culture of business organizations.

Market globalization today presumes a free movement of people, goods, and capitals, which, in turn, is intended to stimulate growth of various economic sectors and trade in particular. To this end, the development of a high-quality road infrastructure with large territorial coverage is an essential condition for the successful operation of any commercial enterprise. This study contributes to understanding how road network development affects the commercial activities of individual countries within the European Union. The correlation between domestic sales and road network length was assessed using official statistical data. The findings support the opinion that the coverage and level of development of transportation infrastructure strongly correlate with the increase of trade volumes although this relationship is manifested differently across its subsectors.

This article aims to enhance knowledge about Generation Z as participants in the labor market, as well as to trace the main trends driving research on the topic. For this purpose, a sample of 102 publications from Web of Science between 2009 and 2020 was analyzed using bibliometric techniques. The study examines the most recognizable authors to provide a broad view of the context of the topic. A key emphasis is placed on the evolution of thematic clusters for each period, with results showing that the topic began to attract attention in 2018 and still has room for development. Among the most frequently used terms in this study are "Generation Z," "generations," "workplace," "management," "leadership," "career," and "learning�teaching�education." The need for a deeper exploration of various aspects regarding this generation and the labor market is noted.
